Meanwhile, check out the PHOTOS section for some new pics of our recording session.
> PHOTO SECTION OVERHAUL
Like most of this site we're slowly overhauling it to make it a smoother experience for you guys. You'll find a new hub for the photo's section now in the ARCHIVE area, which we'll shortly lead to many more photo's from the past!! Meanwhile, it's just the 2004/2005 photo section that's open whilst we start to go through all those old and (some) embarrassing pictures of us all.
> GOLD COAST OCEAN FEST 2005 SHOW
After spending most of last summer down in North Devon and the like, surfing and drinking. We've managed to blag a show at one of the busiest weekends of the whole summer down there in the Croyde area, at the GOLD COAST OCEAN FEST 2005 surf / music event. Which we're really stoked about. You'll be able to see us alongside with our old friends CAPTAIN EVERYTHING at the Exeter Inn, Barnstaple on Saturday 18th June 2005 and with some other great local acts too. More details will follow shortly on this event as we get them.

> RECORDING BEGINS

We're happy to announce that recording has begun in our self made rehersal/studio this week. Not much news to report at this time, but, expect more to follow. This week has primarily seen us setting our rehersal space into a digitised studio setup. With most of the efforts going into setting up drums and getting that "just right" sound. - We'll keep you all posted with some photo's and updates as they happen.

20th Apr 2005
> MORE ARCHIVE ITEMS ADDED
More Flyers / Logo's etc have been added in the Archive Section. Along with some Photo's of last Saturday's show in Wadebridge. I have since found my personal archive of old flyers, posters, zippy pictures, promos, demo covers, art ideas and all things zippy. Which I intend on getting scanned and copied on to the site soon. - MADS
> MEANWHILE...
Meanwhile, whilst the old stuff is being dusted of and preserved, we're just adding the finishing touches off to our current NEW batch of songs which are all lined up and ready for recording!! Watch this space for more details.

> ARCHIVE UPDATE
We've opened up 3 new sections on the archive page now for you guys to look at. Here you'll find the vast FLYERS/POSTERS section, the INTERVIEWS/PRESS section and the REVIEWS pages open. Over time these will all no doubt grow into much larger areas. - MADS

> MORE UPDATES
One thing leads to another with this website, what started as a quick tidy up has left the site wide open and ready for that overhaul that's been promised in the past. Who knows how long it's gonna take, but, it's just started! You'll now find 2 new areas to explore, first being our BIO page and secondly the mammoth ARCHIVE area which is heavily under construction. You'll find the PHOTO'S section here too!

Meanwhile, a few new pictures have been added to the Photo's page. A look inside our rehersal room and some pics of the Barnstaple show.

> TRASH TALKING
The latest Issue of Trailer Park Trash is now out and features a live review of our xmas show with Unseen Flame, Kenisia & The Setbacks. Champion. Cheers TPT!
"So, onto Mr.Zippy another fine Clevedon ensemble playing an almost entirely new set, only one of which tracks appears on any of their albums so far. A veritable feast of surf-punk served up with panache. If you like your skate-core delivered with relentless energy and slapped in your face then go see is my advice. Peachy" - TPT / HSutton

> WEB UPDATE
Thought it was about time we had a spring clean around the ageing web site. A polish and dust to the the old colour scheme and a tidy up with the title bar to feature our latest logo. Unfortunatley, deeper down not a lot has changed. We always plan to overhaul this site, but, this time we don't wanna be making promises that we just won't meet (for the short term anyways). However, our energy is purely focused on the new stuff we're writing! And that's where it belongs!
> BARNSTAPLE / BRIDGWATER
Big thanks goes out to everyone who turned up to both the Barnstaple and Bridgwater Shows last week. This was our first time to air a whole new set of songs. The best part was we had to leave some of the newies out as we've written too many to play in a 35min set!! And a bigger thank you to all our old and new friends who complimented us on our sets.
> E-MAIL ADDRESS CHANGE
Please note that from now on we will have only 1 e-mail address as point of contact with the band, all old accounts will be discontinued. So if you're looking to book us or anything else, please use the e-mail address provided below or on the "Contacts" page. Due to the increase in spam mail we recieve we will no longer post our address here on this website as a link.
> LAST NOTE
As already mentioned we're still busy writing new songs, but, fingers crossed these should be aired real soon. Keep checking back for updates! - MADS

Just as an appetiser, we've added a few new photo's from our recent show with Ten Foot Pole and Four Square, taken by the fantastic professional punk/hc photographer Cindy Frey from Belgium. We had an awesome time that night and made many new friends. Our new songs, which were added to the set went down a storm too. Expect more to come! > BUT FIRST THIS
First of all, we would like to apologise for having to cancel our shows in Eastleigh, Bournemouth and Harlow last month. It was totally beyond our control and we apologise to everyone involved. We hate having to cancel shows but as we stated this could not be avoided.
> TEN FOOT POLE SHOW - 19th May 2004, TJ's, Newport
We also have a few shows lined up to keep us going whilst we are getting the new stuff together. We will be playing with the magnificent Ten Foot Pole, one of the most influential melodic punk bands around, at Newport TJ's on 19th May and we hope you can make it there to see us. Please check the shows page for details on all our upcoming shows. More details will follow shortly.
> NEW SONGS AND A FEW MORE SHOWS...
We've been really busy writing new stuff and it's sounding really good. We are now playing 2 newies in our set 'Get Over It' and another one which hasn't got a definate title but is affectionately known for the time being as 'Daddy's Lil' Girl'. We also have another 6 or so which should be finished really soon so keep your ears and eyes open as we start introducing them into our set.
